Metro Detroit - Real Estate is as diverse and plentiful as an all you can eat buffet. There are so many different ways to make your fortune in the Metro Detroit market. There is a lane for everyone! At this meeting, we will cover the different markets and methods in the Metro Detroit area. We will cover areas from AirBnB in Royal Oak to Luxury Rentals in Bloomfield Hills, and Section 8 housing in Detroit. We will also discuss the Pros and Cons of a few of the segments we like in the Metro Detroit area.

Returning Guests/Non-Members who already used their free guest pass: $20 Online before the day of the meeting or $25 at the Door.
