You may remember Darlene as a three time "SHARK" at the annual MREI Shark Tank Event.
She has been in real estate since 1979 when she first started attending seminars and reading books on how to buy real estate with no money down. She successfully used what she learned to start rehabbing and wholesaling properties. Today, about 52% of her real estate investments (hard money lending, wholesale, rentals, and rehabs) are done in her SDIRA -- coupled with the use of Trusts to streamline the investing process and enjoy the flexibility of Trusts that an LLC could not provide. When not using her SDIRA, she uses Trusts almost exclusively in her real estate business.
