NEED: Looking to refinance the loans on several properties.  Having trouble because I have too many properties (9 total), and lenders have lower limits.  Plus any potential lender has high interest rates.  Does anyone have a lender they like that will do refinance loans to investors with 9 or more properties, and have loans in the 5% annual interest rate range, or lower?
