Jim Aydelotte is a part-time real estate investor.

After spending 22 years in the engineering field as permanent and electro-magnetics engineer…after being burned out in the manufacturing and engineering world - Jim and his wife Kathy attended some real estate boot camps with the intent on leaving the business world.

But even being excited over the prospects of the real-estate investing business, Jim knew nothing about it, except how to build a house from the ground up - and did nothing for 3-4 years, except study the materials he and his wife received at the boot-camps.

Then in May 2006, Jim answered the call to full-time ministry as a pastor, left the engineering world - and began his real-estate investment business the side.

Spending on average 5 hours per week, over the past 3 years - Jim has invested in over 50 properties, and built a business in which he owns or controls a current portfolio of over $3M dollars in real-estate, using none of his own money or credit, mostly using sandwich lease option strategies, IRA investments, and a few rehabs with private money.

In the past 3 years, Jim has taught several of his close friends the business, with one of his best friends retiring from his full time job just last month!

Jim loves the outdoors, big game hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping, and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, currently serving as Senior Pastor of a small rural church in Vernon, MI, and has been married to his bride of 20 years, and has 3 children.
